Shipping container transformed into a vertical indoor farm.

How a Miniature Harvest Farm Works

Conventional produce is built around consolidation: grow in one place, ship everywhere. We built the opposite — small farms, placed close, repeated.

How It Works

Deploy

A farm is a self-contained growing environment that goes into existing space inside the community it will supply. It carries its own water and generates its own power, so it doesn't need arable land, a utility hookup, or much of anything but a place to sit.

Climate, light, water, and nutrients are controlled and monitored continuously. Crops are planted against orders already placed, so what gets grown is what someone is already waiting for.

Why It Repeats

Harvest happens to order and reaches the kitchen within 24 hours — no warehouse, no broker, no long-haul truck in between.

Why It Repeats

Built From Real Production

Why It Repeats

The point isn't any single farm. Each one is the same unit — the same build, the same systems, the same operating pattern — so opening a new location means repeating something that already works rather than designing something new. That's what makes hyperlocal food production practical at more than one address.

Built From Real Production

Built From Real Production

We built our own monitoring and automation technology, designed around the problems that actually limit indoor growing: consistency, labor, and repeatability. It runs in our farms rather than in a lab, so it was shaped by real production conditions rather than a test bench.

Designed to Use Less

Indoors, every input is measured rather than left to the weather. Water is captured and recirculated instead of draining into soil, and the growing environment is tuned to what the crop actually needs. Measured against conventional agriculture practices, our farms use significantly less water and energy.
